Where can I download PastPort?
PastPort is not available for public download yet. Official store links will be added to this website when the game is released.
Which countries can I play?
Country Quest is being built around a worldwide country selector. The initial question packs include Jamaica, Japan and Egypt. Most country packs are still being written and reviewed; a country appearing in the selector does not mean its questions are ready.
How long is a round?
Country Quest offers rounds of 5, 10 or 15 questions where enough questions are available. Rounds never exceed 15 questions.
How does PastPort Junior work?
Junior has two levels: ages 5–7 and ages 8–12. Questions are written separately for each level. The younger level uses simpler wording and three answer choices. The Junior library is still being developed.
Can I save a round and come back?
The early version saves your progress on the device you are using. You can resume an unfinished round and revisit missed questions through practice. Cloud saves are not available yet, so progress does not transfer between devices.
Why did my early-preview progress disappear?
Clearing the app or browser’s saved data, uninstalling the app, changing browsers or using another device can remove access to locally saved progress. There is no cloud backup in the early version. Keep the same app installation or browser profile when returning to a round.
Can I add friends or join a leaderboard?
Accounts, friend connections and leaderboards are planned. These online features are not active in the current early version.
How are the history questions checked?
Question packs are being written with source references and reviewed before release. History can involve competing interpretations, so explanations should give useful context instead of treating every complex topic as a simple fact.
How can I report a problem or a question correction?
Email support@playpastport.com. For a question correction, include the country or mode, the wording of the question and a reliable source. For a technical problem, describe what happened and the device you were using. Please avoid sending passwords or children’s personal information.
